HAVAÍC concludes 8 investments in 2020

In 2020, HAVAÍC concluded 4 new investments and 4 follow-on investments in early stage high growth African technology companies located in South Africa, Kenya and Nigeria.

  • Mobiz – Marketing and communications platform based in Cape Town, that delivers data rich campaigns via microsites directly to consumers through their SMART SMS technology. https://mobiz.co/

  • Kuda – Lagos headquarted digital bank leveraging its core banking technology to bring about financial inclusion in Nigeria, and beyond. https://kudabank.com/

  • Tanda – Nairobi headquarted FinTech that turns neighbourhood micro-retailers into fully powered digital financial services providers, supporting cash, loan, airtime, insurance and 3rd party payment solutions. https://www.tanda.africa/

  • HearX – Pretoria based audiology Healthtech with proprietary digital testing and corrective technology that has conducted over a million hearing tests globally and is being commercialised the world over. https://www.hearxgroup.com/
